Mommy and daddy brought me to see Doc Sharon yesterday because both my eyes were swollen. It started with one eye last week, mommy cleaned it and it was alright.. then my other eye got teary and mommy cleaned that and that eye got ok. Then yesterday, both eyes was swollen and mommy immediately told daddy and the next thing I knew I was on the motorbike in the unique carrier. I didn’t like it and I meowed all the way. Luckily it was a short ride.
Doctor Sharon told mommy that it might be two situation.
1. It could be an allergic situation
2. It would be an infection
So the doc told some of the fur from my eye area and checked it under a microscope and though she didn’t see anything she still wanted to take precaution. She gave me antihistamine jab in case it was an allergy and prescribed me eye drops and antifungal cream that contained a little steroid so that my eyes would not be so swollen… and I got to wear this hideous collar.. sigh..
Anyway, mommy checked my eyes today and there is vast improvement from yesterday.. so yeay!!!

Mommy’s Note: Nina bill came up to RM52 and her next appointment is on Monday, 6th July 2010.
